How does the “No Tour, No Pay” guarantee work?
If your cruise ship doesn’t arrive, or something happens that keeps you from taking the tour, we refund your deposit 100% — no questions asked. Just contact us (24/7) so we can give your spot to someone else.
Will I miss my cruise ship?
No. Every tour is planned around your ship’s all-aboard time, and we track the departure time of every ship. In all our years operating, not one guest has missed their ship. Tell us your ship when you book and we plan the day backwards from it.
How much is the deposit, and when do I pay the rest?
A deposit of $10 USD holds your reservation. Paying in full before the tour is recommended; if you only paid the deposit, the balance is due at the time of the tour. Cash is preferred for the balance, but card, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay also work.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancel at least 24 hours before the tour’s start time for a full refund. If you cancel less than 24 hours before, the amount you paid is not refunded, and changes within 24 hours can’t be accepted. Cut-off times follow Cozumel local time. The “No Tour, No Pay” guarantee still covers you if your ship doesn’t arrive.
Where do we meet?
Cruise guests: at a meeting point just steps from the exit of your cruise dock — we check which dock your ship uses and your guide waits for you there. Hotel or condo on Cozumel: we pick you up at your door. Coming from the Riviera Maya by ferry: at the San Miguel ferry pier.
Are the tours really private?
Yes. We are a family-owned operator: we run our own tours with native Cozumel guides, in private groups from 2 guests. No caravans and no strangers — just your group, your guide and your vehicle.
Can I customize my tour?
Nothing is set in stone. At no extra cost you can add a private snorkel tour, shopping, a San Miguel town tour, beach time or tequila tasting. For an extra cost: San Gervasio ruins, Discover Scuba, the chocolate factory, horseback riding, beach clubs, wave runners, parasailing or swimming with dolphins.
What time do tours start and how long are they?
Private tours can start at any time that works with your ship. Set departures are at 9:00, 10:00, 11:00, 12:00, 1:00 and 2:00. Tours last about 5 hours 30 minutes (the Private Island Tour, 5 hours).
What is included and what should I bring?
Every tour includes a bilingual guide, transportation from the port or your hotel, entrance fees, beach time, free extended time, bottled water and soda, gas and mileage, insurance and snorkel equipment. Bring a towel and swimsuit, comfortable shoes and clothes, sunscreen (biodegradable recommended), sunglasses and a valid driver’s license.
Is there a price for kids?
Yes, every tour has a kids’ price — from $79 USD on the Private Island Tour. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for kids during the tequila tasting.
